Product Description:

Equipped with two electric motors, each fitted with diamond grinding heads for simultaneous planar and parallel grinding of samples. Both grinding units can be fine-adjusted to achieve parallel sample surfaces.

Samples are clamped onto an electrically driven movable carriage with adjustable speed range. The diamond grinding heads are equipped with cooling water connections suitable for municipal water supply.

Delivered with industrial safety cover and clamping device for 100–150 mm cubes and Ø 100–150 mm cylindrical samples. Clamping devices for 50 mm, 200 mm cubes and Ø 50 mm cylinders are available as optional accessories.

Supplied with a cutting head for a 450 mm diameter diamond saw blade. If required, a second diamond saw blade can be mounted, with a distance adjustment range of 25–60 mm. This setup is particularly suitable for cutting prismatic samples from test slabs with dimensions up to 410 x 260 x 120 mm.
