Our program includes a number of different models. We can offer presses according to several different norms and standards, but on the Swedish market, only presses according to the current EN standard are currently sold.

The EN standard sets certain requirements for stability, locking of the upper pressure joint and accuracy. It is important that the presses should be of the column type where the columns can be clamped in a controlled manner, unlike a cheaper version with fully welded stands. Presses with welded stands can meet the EN standard upon delivery, but must usually be recalibrated at frequent intervals as they are at the limit values.

General information about pressure testing presses

Display with built-in PC, Automatic control of the load speed. Possible to connect to 2 channels (can be good for example when measuring small forces, split tests.) Possibility to transfer data to a PC, and also control the press via external PC with remote control (requires additional software).

The automatic system handles speed and fracture detection

Since the loading speed is an important variable for the test result, it is important to maintain the same speed for the different tests in order to obtain comparable results. A speed that is too high gives higher fracture loads and vice versa for a lower loading speed. With automatic control, you get an operator-independent test with reproducible results. If an integrated printer is also used, the speed is documented, which can be an advantage in a quality assurance system.
